Arrival and Departure

• Check In: 3:00 pm or as arranged with host
• Check Out: 11:00 am

Cancellation

• We strictly adhere to a 72-hour cancellation policy due to the number of rooms and high demand.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of reservation.

Children

• Children Over 12 Welcome

Rates

• An 8% sales tax will be added to room rates.
• All rates based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. 
• $25 extra per person / per day

Miscellaneous 

• No Smoking Inside
• No Pets
• Advance reservations require a one (1) night minimum during the week and (2) night minimum on weekends. We encourage guests requesting a one night stay to book 24-48 hours in advance of the desired check in date.
